Here at Qila, we made it our mission to work with woman-owned businesses every step of our process. We are proud to share the creatives we’ve collaborated with as we brought Qila to life.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

Louisa Cannell

Louisa is an LA-based artist and Creative Director. Louisa owns Qila's creative vision across our website, social, photography, and in-person events.

Louisa has a background in illustration, photo production and marketing from Refinery29, VICELAND and Condé Nast Traveler. Other clients include goop, Vogue, Popsugar, National Geographic, Amazon Prime and more. She is a graduate of Bowdoin College.

Louisa centers her art around diversity, women's rights, and social causes. She strives to make women and non-gender binary people feel beautiful and empowered.

Abbie Winters

Abbie Winters is an art director, designer and illustrator, currently working at BUCK in LA and NYC.

We were lucky enough to work with Abbie on our branding. She helped design our logo, colors and laid the groundwork for the designs that we create.

She is incredibly talented and wonderful to work with.

Yekaterina Gyadu

Yekaterina (Yeka) is a Brooklyn-based photographer with a Russian-Ghanaian background. Her focus is on portraiture and documentary photography, with a special interest in fashion and editorial work.

We worked with Yeka on Bridget’s first ever in studio photoshoot. She truly put us at ease.

Bliss lives in Los Angeles as a full time photographer, traveling continually to shoot both fashion and music clients. With an eye for deftly captured, iconic elements with nostalgic tones, her self taught style hopes to share stories of honest moments, femininity, and natural beauty.

We worked with Bliss on a dreamy Malibu beach shoot. She is full of energy and we loved working with her.
