Summer Challenge

Join us for Qila Summer Challenge, we'll support you through 20 high intensity, but mindful classes.  Kicks off June 20th. 
This challenge includes 20 classes (20-45 min) and 6 optional classes (10-45 min) classes. Designed to be done live or on demand options. Includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor, to discuss your goals or form.
