The Foundations challenge is designed to help you focus on your form and break down each movement. It's perfect for those who are just starting out, or those who want a full reset.
This challenge includes 16 classes, starting with 10 - 15 minute foundations classes, and builds into 30 minute classic classes. Offered on demand, with some live options. Includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor , to discuss your goals, form & getting the most out of your challenge.

The Classic challenge will support you through 20 high intensity, but mindful Qila classes. It's perfect for those looking to dive in and be challenged.
This challenge includes 20 classes: 12 full (28-45 min) classes, and 8 express classes (10-20 minutes). Designed to be done live, with on demand options. Includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor, to discuss your goals, form & getting the most out of your challenge.
