Join us for Qila Classic, we'll support you through 20 high intensity, but mindful classes.  Perfect for those looking to dive in and be challenged.
This challenge includes 20 classes: 12 full (28-45 min) classes, and 8 express classes (10-20 minutes). Designed to be done live, with on demand options. Includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor, to discuss your goals, form & getting the most out of your challenge.
