Classic Challenge

The challenge will support you through 17 high intensity, but mindful Qila classes and 4 stretching classes focused on flexibility and recovery.
Classes can be done live (via zoom) or on demand.  It also includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor, to discuss your goals, form & getting the most out of your challenge.

Foundation Challenge

The Foundations challenge is designed to help you focus on your form and break down each movement. It's perfect for those who are just starting out, or those who want a full reset.
This challenge includes 16 classes, starting with 10 - 15 minute foundations classes, and builds into 30 minute classic classes. Offered on demand, with some live options. Includes optional weekly 1:1 check in with Bridget, Qila Founder & Lead Instructor , to discuss your goals, form & getting the most out of your challenge.
